Oman Airports

Silver sponsors

Oman Airports is a government owned company, responsible for the management and operations of the civil airports in the Sultanate of Oman. Its functions include managing the airport assets, infrastructure, commercial areas such as retail and car parks, and other related projects and maintenance plans.

The flagship new Muscat International Airport commenced operations in 2018. Its growth is driven by a number of factors including fleet and route expansion by the national carrier Oman Air, and increases in capacity and frequency by existing carriers, including the first low-cost Omani Airline; Salam Air. Otherregional airports include Salalah Airport (inaugurated in 2015), Duqm and Sohar (still under construction).
