The Al-Raffd Fund established and functions its system in accordance with royal decree No. 6/2013, as per Supreme Directives by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said, dated: 21 to 23 January 2013.

Under three financing programs the Fund supports the:  
•    Sanad Program
•    Social Security Program 
•    Rural Women Program

Its aim is to enable young people to establish and develop their small and medium size enterprises. The capital of the fund worth RO 70 million, operates with financial and administrative independence.
